China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation, or Sinopec Group, is a Chinese oil and gas enterprise based in Chaoyang District, Beijing. The SASAC administers the group for the benefit of the State Council of China. Sinopec Group operates a publicly traded subsidiary, also called Sinopec, listed in Hong Kong and Shanghai stock exchanges. Sinopec Group is the world's largest oil refining conglomerate, state owned enterprise, and 6th highest revenue company in the world.
