The company was formerly known as COSCO Pacific Limited and changed its name to COSCO SHIPPING Ports Limited in July 2016. COSCO SHIPPING Ports Limited was incorporated in 1994 and is headquartered in Central, Hong Kong. COSCO SHIPPING Ports Limited is a subsidiary of COSCO SHIPPING Holdings Co., Ltd.
