In addition, the company engages in the development of drugs in preclinical stage comprising OT-701 for wet age-related macular degeneration, OT-1601 for retinitis pigmentosa and dry age-related macular degeneration, OT-1602 for optic neuritis, and OT-503 for dry eye disease. Further, it is involved in trading of pharmaceutical products; and plant construction. The company was founded in 2017 and is based in Suzhou, China.
