The Property Management & Operation segment engages in providing management services and renovation work for condominiums and buildings; sales and operation of membership resort hotels, urban hotels, golf courses, ski resorts, senior housing, and other; environmental greening business; new businesses based on the internal entrepreneurship program, and other services. The Real-Estate Agents segment is involved in Real estate brokerage, purchase, and resale business; sales agency business; and managing and operating rental housing and student apartments.
