The company's primary products are apixaban (Eliquis) for people with atrial fibrillation ; nivolumab (Opdivo), used to treat certain types of cancer ; lenalidomide (Revlimid), used to treat multiple myeloma, smoldering myeloma, and myelodysplastic syndromes ; abatacept (Orencia), used to treat autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis ; pomalidomide (Pomalyst/Imnovid), an anti-cancer medication used for the treatment of multiple myeloma and AIDS-related Kaposi sarcoma ; ipilimumab (Yervoy), to treat cancer ; and luspatercept (Reblozyl) for the treatment of anemia in beta thalassemia and myelodysplastic syndromes. In 2025, 69% of the company's revenues came from the United States.
