The company was formerly known as IC Power Israel Ltd. and changed its name to OPC Energy Ltd. in July 2017. The company was incorporated in 2010 and is based in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel. OPC Energy Ltd. was formerly a subsidiary of Kenon Holdings Ltd.
